Our challenge? Pull users off third-party platforms and into McDonald’s own digital ecosystem. The solution? A reimagined McDonald’s App that felt less like a delivery tool and more like an insider’s club. With exclusive McRewards, loyalty perks, and a smooth UX, we turned every tap into a reason to come back.
The campaign kicked off with a buzz-building teaser from Comics by Arsalan, followed by a vibrant TVC, a snappy jingle, and the now-iconic line: Tap, Tap. From memes to menu boards, loyalty games to in-store signage, the message was everywhere.
Backed by a sharp media mix across TV, OOH, social, and influencer content, we didn’t just drive downloads—we built a habit. One tap at a time.
